



As a B2B PR firm and tech PR agency, Idea Grove has ranked as one of the 5,000 fastest-growing private companies in the United States three times over the past decade, according to Inc. Magazine. Idea Grove is one of fewer than 10% of Inc. 5000 companies to have achieved the honor three times—and is among an even smaller cohort to have earned this distinction entirely through organic growth. The Inc. 5000 ranks companies by overall revenue growth over a three-year period. All honorees are individually profiled on Inc.com.
Idea Grove was one of only six Dallas/Fort Worth companies, and the only Dallas PR firm, to earn a place among Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces for 2021. Idea Grove was also the only Dallas company to receive the honor for the second consecutive year in 2022. Over the past two years, the efforts of our employees to live out these values were recognized with this achievement. Idea Grove has worked to build a company that adheres consistently to the CREATE values of Creativity, Respect, Energy, Accountability, Teamwork and Empathy. Inc. compiles its annual list by collecting data from thousands of organizations. Each company then takes part in an employee survey on topics including management effectiveness, benefits, and employee growth. Those results are audited to produce a final list. In 2021, only 429 honorees made the cut, including 23 companies in Texas and six in North Texas. In 2022, the list of honorees increased to 475, including 23 companies in Texas and 11 in North Texas.
Among tech PR agencies, Idea Grove ranks in the top 25 in the United States, according to 2021 rankings by O'Dwyer's PR News. Idea Grove climbed two spots to No. 85 overall in O'Dwyer's annual ranking of independent PR firms. The trade publication, which has covered the public relations industry for more than 50 years, has ranked Idea Grove among the Top 100 PR agencies nationally for seven years in a row. Idea Grove also has ranked among the top 10 PR agencies in Texas over the same period.
Beating out all other Dallas PR firms, Idea Grove received the award for "Small Agency of the Year" at the PRSA Dallas Pegasus Awards in December 2020. The Pegasus Awards are presented by the Dallas chapter of the Public Relations Society of America to recognize the top PR practitioners, organizations and pr firms in Dallas. In presenting the “Small Agency of the Year” award, the PRSA noted Idea Grove's reputation for innovation and excellence, and specifically its ability to rebound from the COVID downturn by pivoting to clients in high-demand tech sectors. PRSA Dallas is the premier professional organization serving the Dallas PR, communications and marketing community and is the principal advocate for industry excellence and ethics.
