This is an odd year to have a monumental birthday, but in 2020 Idea Grove turns 15. We’d planned a number of ways to recognize the moment. Most of those have had to shift to later in the year. Delayed, not denied. But, admittedly, still a little disappointing.
Before everything got turned upside down because of the coronavirus, we’d been working on some content looking back at the last 15 years. We sat down with agency founder and CEO Scott Baradell to talk about what’s changed since the agency’s founding and what hasn’t. It’s a brief history lesson, but Scott’s takeaway—that PR and marketing’s focus should be on creating trust with your customers—feels especially appropriate right now.
