Our relationships with social media have no doubt changed during the current COVID-19 crisis. I know that I'm using it differently now. I'm watching more Instagram stories. I'm finding myself replying more often to people I follow on Twitter. I'm even interacting with people on Facebook and LinkedIn, things I almost never did before. This idea of social communities and online connections is something our social media manager, Talissa Beall, joined our partner Sprout Social to discuss.

The Q&A tackles topics like the quick pivots companies have had to make to accommodate social distancing, the importance of utilizing online communities to stay connected, fighting negativity with empathy, and how to make the best of event cancellations.
