Idea Grove has worked hard for the last 17 years to create an agency that provides great work for its clients but is also a great place for its employees to call home. Last year, that work was rewarded, with the agency being named to Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces list for the first time. Well, we did it again. Inc.’s list of best workplaces for 2022 was just released, and Idea Grove is once again included.
We couldn’t be happier. Winning this award once was amazing. That feeling didn’t change learning we’d won it a second time.
Actually, we are among a small number of companies that are repeat winners. Looking at this year’s list of honorees, only 475 companies made the cut. Of those, roughly 33% were on the list last year. So, repeating as one of the best workplaces isn’t easy. Only 16 other advertising and marketing companies across the country returned to the list. Only five Texas companies earned the award again this year, and of those, Idea Grove was the only company from Dallas.
The list is compiled by Inc. after collecting data from thousands of organizations that take part in employee surveys that cover topics like management effectiveness, benefits, and opportunities for employee growth. The results from those questions are used to produce the final list of honorees.
Our inclusion is a testament to the work that Idea Grove's team has put into shaping the company into what it is today. As our CEO Scott Baradell put it in today's press release:
