Idea Grove has worked to build a company that adheres consistently to the CREATE values of Creativity, Respect, Energy, Accountability, Teamwork and Empathy. Today, the hard work of our employees to live out those values has been recognized with a spot on Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces for 2021.
Inc. compiles its annual list by collecting data from thousands of organizations. Each company then takes part in an employee survey on topics including management effectiveness, benefits, and employee growth. Those results are audited to produce a final list. This year, only 429 honorees made the cut.
This is Idea Grove’s first inclusion on this prestigious list, and it wasn’t an easy accomplishment. Inc. said this year’s field of entries was the most competitive it's ever seen.
“The definition of a positive workplace has changed drastically over the past year,” says Inc. magazine editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. “So, this year’s list is even more important as it reveals organizations that continue to enrich the lives of their employees amid a pandemic.”
This is Idea Grove's second major award in which the agency's response to the pandemic has been recognized. In December, PRSA Dallas named Idea Grove Small Agency of the Year, in part because of the agency's creativity and adaptability in the face of uncertain times.
