From the Ground Up: How Idea Grove Rebuilt and Rebranded Chowly to Drive Market Share and Industry Authority

The team at Chowly knew they had to evolve to continue meeting their customers’ unique needs. They sought a full rebrand and wanted to refresh their messaging to drive awareness and industry authority to continue attracting investors and increase their market share among restaurants of all sizes.

The Solution: Build From the Ground Up

In order for Chowly to achieve its goals, Idea Grove first reassessed the current messaging and branding strategy. We then built out foundational marketing pillars to be the team’s guiding light through the project’s entirety.

From there, we created a brand framework and buyer personas to represent their ideal customers, established and refined Chowly’s social presence, audited Chowly’s current review site presence and offered strategic guidance on engaging with customers and stakeholders in online channels. We also provided public relations strategy and executed a number of campaigns to drive media attention and chatter among industry experts. We concluded the quarter with a website rebrand and launch to highlight the new Chowly.

The Results: A New and Rebuilt Brand

With new brand guidelines, increased social media presence and the launch of a new website, Chowly was able to rebuild and evolve its brand.
