ConverseNow, a technology platform that strives to empower restaurants with voice-based AI technology to provide fast and personalized customer service, didn’t have the innovative visual brand presence that reflected its position as a market leader. The team recognized that in order to further their mission, they needed to completely revamp their brand and website to create a more comprehensive identity ahead of pursuing additional funding.

The Solution: Reset, Refresh, Rebrand

Idea Grove looked at the current branding strategy and website design and decided to first craft a sophisticated, personable and user-friendly website that told the ConverseNow story in a compelling way. This meant a rejuvenated rebrand that included new colors, fonts and brand guidelines, in addition to a new logo – all of which more closely captured the brand’s essence. From there, we assisted with the website design and development, which included over 200 custom icons, illustrations and animations.

The Results: A New Look & Feel

The new logo, colors, website and creative style now accurately reflect the identity and groundbreaking technology ConverseNow is best known for. And after a complete website rebrand and launch in the spring, ConverseNow raised $10 million in additional funding as part of a Series A1 round in the summer of 2022.
