Carlee plays a key role in managing Idea Grove’s client programs and relationships as a senior account executive, bringing a “get it done” attitude and eye for detail to make the magic happen. She’s worked across a wide range of industries–from artificial intelligence and automation to security and healthcare tech–and works to ensure that communication and execution is streamlined and that each component aligns with the client’s larger strategy and goals.
She joined Idea Grove’s account service team in 2019, quickly wowing clients and team members alike with her drive, passion and collaborative approach to achieving results. She thrives on building relationships, enjoys coaching and managing team members to help them master the art of client service, and loves ending her day knowing that she’s helped her team work together to reach a major goal.
Carlee holds a bachelor's degree in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations and Advertising and a minor in Political Science from the University of Arkansas.
