Work under the Digital Marketing Strategist, dedicated to managing social media accounts, planning and coordinating / creating content in collaboration with the Idea Grove Product team (creative / content / etc).
Manage all social media account activity on the execution side and work in tandem with the account leads for those relationships to provide strategy, interpret results, make recommendations and optimize campaigns towards successfully achieving the KPIs set between you, the account team and their clients.
Champion organic social media within the Idea Grove team, to identify opportunities to leverage social strategies to achieve outcomes for clients and to grow social media revenues. Act as Idea Grove’s subject matter expert, collaborating with account teams on strategy, providing context and presenting ideas to prospects in sales meetings and communicating to the team any relevant updates to the social media landscape or specific tactics.
Assist the VP of Product in standardizing and productizing our organic social media offerings with a focus on referrals, video engagement, influencer/analyst awareness and employee advocacy as the pillars of our strategy.
Manage the full lifecycle of social media campaigns, from concept to execution to analysis, reporting and optimization as the key stakeholder responsible for establishing and reaching KPIs and presenting results to clients in monthly / quarterly planning meetings.
Record time and maintain project details / communication threads within Idea Grove’s project management system (Teamwork) according to company policies. Manage budgets for social media campaigns and project manage any individual tasks / deliverables related to the successful completion of the campaign.
