Location: Dallas, Texas or Open to Remote

If employed remotely, occasional travel to Dallas, at company expense, is required.


Do you live and breathe social media? We’re looking for a social media coordinator who enjoys putting their creative and analytical skills to use to build our clients’ social media presence. 

About This Role

As a social media coordinator, you’ll work alongside our team to ideate, write and program compelling social media content with the goal of increasing brand awareness and consideration. Additionally, you’ll get hands-on experience in social listening, influencer relations, social reporting, review site management and community management to generate and enhance trust for our clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Brainstorming on content ideas for social calendars
  • Writing and publishing social media content for clients 
  • Responding to social media communities
  • Pulling and analyzing social metric performances
  • Periodically assisting with social creative design needs via Canva
  • Collaboration with the creative, content and PR teams
  • Assist with influencer and social listening research
  • Help with review site management

Relevant (not required) experience includes:

  • 0-1 years of experience in social media. Prior work experience, internships or agency experience is a plus, but we’re open to learning about how your skills and talents would translate to a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Collaborate working and communication style.
  • Excellent writing skills and knowledge of AP style.
  • Strong research skills.
