If employed remotely, occasional travel to Dallas, at company expense, is required.

We’re looking for a confident digital marketer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll execute a variety of tasks related to marketing enablement and website creation. Core responsibilities include the creation of digital content and timely updates to website and marketing materials. As part of a small agency, your ability to communicate effectively with your team members and collaborate on strategic decisions will be crucial.

The ideal candidate would have:

  • HubSpot CRM and CMS experience
  • WordPress experience, specifically using visual website builders like Elementor, Divi and WPBakery

Primary role and responsibilities:

  • Planning and strategy development of website projects and marketing campaigns in close collaboration with team members of other disciplines.
  • Create digital deliverables to support client initiatives across their digital platforms. These may include website pages, landing pages, emails, forms, workflows, etc.
  • Front-end development for website projects - primarily creating website pages that follow predetermined wireframes and designs. 
  • Track, analyze, and review work to ensure all deliverables and implementations are free of errors.
  • Assist with the collection of website and marketing performance metrics provided monthly or quarterly for client-facing reports.
  • Monitor changes in technology and search engines, obtaining new skills and knowledge as required to stay up-to-date with website best practices.
  • Attend regular meetings with internal team members and clients about deliverables and deadlines.


  • Proven experience working in an agency environment
  • Knowledge of website best practices, including SEO fundamentals
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in website development
  • Willingness to learn new skills and assist other team members
