About This Role

As an account coordinator or assistant account executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with our clients and keeping account health on track. You’ll serve as the liaison between the client and the agency team.

  • Naturally curious and consider yourself a lifelong learner, as you will have the opportunity to support or lead accounts across PR, marketing and web design 
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities across several accounts  

Responsibilities include:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Maintain project management platforms like Teamwork and Egnyte
  • Assist with developing statements of work and end-of-month reports
  • Own first draft of project and content briefs
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Immerse yourself in clients’ industries, brands and past media coverage
  • Track account activities, deliverables, deadlines and schedules
  • Participate in client meetings, take accurate notes and draft meeting agendas and recaps
  • Support PR, digital and social activities for client programs as needed, including writing social posts, managing social content calendars, coordinating with content and creative teams, and managing digital deliverables
  • Complete HubSpot’s Inbound certification program and maintain knowledge of inbound marketing best practices
  • Maintain professional communication with account teams and clients
  • Learn from senior members of the agency and accept feedback and coaching
  • Delegate to and guide agency interns

Relevant (not required) experience includes:

  • 0-2 years experience in public relations, social media and/or marketing
  • Prior agency experience
  • Collaborative working and communication style
  • Excellent writing skills and knowledge of AP style
  • Strong research skills
