Godwin's law states that "as an online discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Hitler approaches."

To that I introduce the Baradell Corollary, which states the following:

As public discourse in Washington, D.C., and the rest of the world continues to degrade, comparisons of people (and cats) to Hitler will become more and more frequent. 

I've been tracking Hitler comparisons online off and on in the media for the past decade. Here are just a small portion of the folks who've been compared to Hitler by various commentators.
