Well, now that Joe Biden on the left and Sam Brownback on the right both favor partitioning Iraq into multiple states, it looks like we might have to start taking this option seriously.

With this in mind, Media Orchard has sought the counsel of Miss Teen South Carolina, Caitlin Upton, who has offered us the following proposal for the Iraq's division:
