The bookstores are filling up with self-important books about blogging for the holiday season, but one author has clearly surpassed the others by creating a book that can induce vomiting from the mere mention of its title: Blogging Heroes.
Do these people really need anyone else kissing their asses?

Hmmmm. I note that my photo isn’t on either of these renderings; nor is my name likely to be mentioned in that book. Imagine my surprise. I mean anywhere you find “Blogging” in the company of the word “Heroes,” you certainly expect to find Just Wondering … or is that just me …? Those guys aren’t even using aliases! They obviously don’t know the first thing about Super-heroics.
Hilarious!
The saddest thing is how this title trivializes the meaning of “hero.” Which your second photoshop effort illustrates quite clearly.
It still would have been puke-worthy as “Blogging Superstars” but that would have been more accurate. And already trivial.
A hero does something extraordinary. No offense to anyone included in the book, but these guys, not so much.
Yeah — it’s just too much. What’s funny/sad but ultimately typical of human nature is that some of these Blogging Heroes are criticizing the excesses as the same time they contribute to them. Either embrace the excess or don’t make it worse; otherwise, you’re being a hypocrite.
