Ugh. TMI, Scott. ;)How does this apply to Muslim-Americans? Are they self-loathing, or does the chart apply only to non-US Muslims?

Let's just say that if you asked that question of anyone in the White House, they would get a really bad headache, appear temporarily confused, then shake it off and make a really arrogant face.
