This month, and against her wishes, Lucas found herself in a white bikini on the cover of Ralph, which had acquired Home and Away publicity shots through an agency that owned their copyright. She is the second Australian celebrity to have unwillingly found herself on such a cover in recent months.
The lesson (again): Think about your personal brand before you sign away anything; don’t leave it to others to protect it for you.
