The all-female public-relations team at IQ Public Relations & Advertising would never mistake their boss for Miranda Priestly, the catty, cutthroat character played by Meryl Streep in the film The Devil Wears Prada. After all, would Priestly ever take her staff to Italy? IQ CEO Rosaria Glasco-Cain does that every year to keep them happy. She also gives them free gym memberships to keep them healthy.
And Glasco-Cain recently took the Phoenix company’s PR staff to the movies to see – what else? – The Devil Wears Prada to celebrate their being ranked No. 15 in a listing of the Valley’s top public-relations agencies. When they got to the theater, she surprised them each with an authentic, black Prada Tessuto wallet.
We took Cathy to Italy — once. And we took her to that movie, too.
But that’s as far as we’re going.
