Here’s one we just came across for Comcast, in which the filmmaker claims that a Comcast technician — sent over to repair an Internet connection — falls asleep on the customer’s couch instead.
Is the story real? Fake? We don’t know. But where there is one customer this ticked off, there are probably 100 others who just don’t have a camcorder.
