Mavs 2, Heat 0

Yes, we know it’s too early to celebrate. So we’ll just watch this animated gif celebrate instead…

Antoine Walker is the reason the Heat are 0-2. They won’t have a shot at winning this series if he continues to play.

  2. SB says:

He’s one of the worst players in the NBA. I watched him every night for a year when he was in Dallas. He’s slow, selfish and a turnover machine.

‘m amazed when you have Shaq in the low post and you look him off in favor of Antoine who then puts up a brick.

Or he attempts three-pointers almost behind half-court. Shaq is effectively taken out of it then because the rebounds rim out too far past him.

You know how some players have intangibles that go beyond their average stats and make them good players? He has intangibles that lose games.

It would be addition by subtraction to sit him down. When Jason Williams, D Wade and Shaq play together, they’re have good chemistry and play off each other well.

Then in comes role-player Walker. I’m surprised Riley has allowed his selfish play by keeping him in there.

And don’t even get me started on his lack of D.

  4. SB says:

He’s definitely a case of negative intangibles.

Ironically, the two prime examples of negative intangibles — Stephon Marbury and Steve Francis — both play for the Knicks.

Maybe the Knicks will trade for Walker so we can put all the bad apples in one place.

    Like isolating toxic waste.

And the Knicks fired Larry Brown when Isiah is the problem. Go figure.
