More PR Execs Speak Out in Favor of Truth; Cut It Out Before Somebody Gets Suspicious, OK?

This time it’s Kenneth D. Makovsky, president of Makovsky + Company, who has an op-ed piece in the Bulldog Reporter in which he says things like: “Do the right thing. It’s always in your own best interest.”

Hey, we’re all in favor of truth – or at least enough of us are to fill a VW. But let’s not get caught in the old “Methinks thou doth protest too much” trap, OK?

If we were still a reporter and every PR exec in cyberspace were lauding the benefits of telling the truth, we think our BS detectors would blow a gasket.

Someone once said; the truth is like a roaring lion, you don’t defend roaring lions, you just let them out of the cage.
