Josh Hallett Doesn’t Like Us

In fact, he calls us a “whore.”

Thanks, Josh. We still consider you a gentleman. Although maybe one who could benefit from a better sense of irony.

Oh, and since Josh also believes that Media Orchard is at Step 5 of the “life cycle of a PR blogger,” we hope that the life cycle has more than five steps.

Stay tuned.

Hmmm, it sounds like he just did wht you told him to do in the orignal post?

I mean, I love ya Scott, but that was pretty brazen. It would have probably only taken a few more weeks to “earn” it.

You should have used by viking helmet photo :-)

    Kami and Josh:

I was having fun with the “Vaunted 3000″ post. Kind of like most of my posts. I write them for fun.

Does that mean I don’t care about the rankings? No — I do care. It’s fun for me like working the NY Times crossword puzzle is fun. And it’s fun to build an audience. I get a kick out of it.

Considering the pay I get for this gig, please don’t deny me my few cheap thrills.

  4. Alan Weinkrantz says:

He suffers from blog rank envy. Very common in men our age. I recommended that he seek help.

  5. Tim Jackson- Masi Guy says:

I’m in a full-body giggle now. If I snicker or titter anymore, I might break into a full-blown guffaw!

  6. Mike Sansone says:

754 x 1024. That’s how tall Josh stood in my SharpReader. Very imposing! Glad there was no viking helmet.

  7. Gary Goldhammer says:

Wow, am I the only one who got the humor in your post? It’s a former journalist thing, Scott — no one wants us to be funny (only sportwriters get to try, but if I had to go through life looking like a sportswriter, hell, I’d do anything for a laugh just to forget my own pain).

BTW, I’d love for you to keep putting me in the “Pick of the Orchard” whenever possible, it might help me break through the 50,000 mark on Technorati — “D” list here I come!

  8. SB says:

Humor is the last refuge of scoundrels.
