Four Out of Five Dentists Recommend Suing Crest for False Advertising

From the AP:
Pfizer Inc. sued Procter & Gamble Friday, saying the company falsely advertised its Crest Pro Health mouthwash to gain an unfair advantage over its Listerine mouthwash.
The lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Manhattan sought a court order to force an end to P&G advertising that Pfizer claimed was false and misleading. It also sought damages at least equal to P&G’s profit, gains and advantages.
Pfizer said in the lawsuit that P&G falsely claims that four out of five dentists recommend Crest Pro Health for reasons related to the product’s efficacy, superiority or other characteristics. Yet, it added, P&G “has no substantiation for either claim and neither statement is true.”
