Many many years ago when I was very very new in dogs, my then puppy bitch (now 10 year old senior citizen) crawled into my lap as I was driving to my Mum’s. I got stopped, cited for “K9 in lap” but no fine Now they travel in the way back, young dogs always in crates (safer for them).

Reggie is still not satisfactorily potty-trained, so operating heavy machinery is out of the question.
