Mel C:

Yeah...Capote is one of the best films I've seen in years. Brokeback was amazing, but Capote really struck a nerve.

I hadn't thought about that comparison between Capote and Good NIght. It's really true. Now I know why Capote was the more powerful film ofthe two.

ReadtheBill.org is honored that our efforts made the cut. (But let's give Colbert an honorary #11 spot for "truthiness".)

Here's some good news that shows there's nothing more powerful than an idea whose time has come. Congressman
Brian Baird (D-WA) introduced H. Res. 688 on Feb. 16, 2006. His resolution would require the House to post proposed legislation online for 72 hours before it comes to the floor. Rep. Baird has spoken out and suggested reforms on this issue for more than two years. The resolution he has authored is excellent and needs support. The ReadtheBill.org website will soon have an action link on it so you can urge your representative to cosponsor H.Res.688.
Here's what it would do:
http://www.readthebill.org/leg/hse/reforms/hres688/summaryofprovisions

How about Stephen Colbert's coining of the term "truthiness"? Everyone's using it now. It was on the Oprah show and on Nightline the other night.
