		<description>Well, the funny thing to me is that I used to study scientific revolutions and paradigm shifts in philosophy. You don't really decide that you are in one, but it's a historical review of the situation.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Dotcom era can be pointed to as a paradigm shift, but more out of the insane funding of vapor, and how it did change certain economies. Beyond that, is Web 2.0 a paradigm shift? It's too early to say.</description>
